All Chaidev products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated without prior notice. Bulk pricing may vary by quantity, location, and delivery requirements.
Orders are confirmed after payment or written confirmation from Chaidev for approved quote-based orders. Payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or incorrect details are outside Chaidev's responsibility.
Delivery timelines depend on serviceable location, stock, quantity, and courier availability. Chaidev is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns are considered for products damaged during delivery or incorrect items received. Claims should be raised within 48 hours with order details and photos by contacting +91 8448226385 or orders@chaidev.in.
Chaidev chai products are food and beverage products. Store packets in a cool, dry place, keep them sealed after opening, and check product packaging for shelf-life and storage instructions.
